Maud Larochette leads IDDI’s strategy, operations, and continued transformation, helping to ensure the company builds on its scientific excellence while evolving to meet the changing needs of sponsors and the wider clinical research industry. 

With extensive experience in executive leadership and business transformation, Maud brings a multidisciplinary perspective spanning strategy, finance, people, operations, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has helped technology- and science-driven companies navigate periods of rapid growth, transformation, and international expansion. 

Since joining IDDI in 2025, Maud has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic and operational evolution. As Chief Executive Officer, she works closely with IDDI’s scientific experts and leadership team to translate its distinctive clinical, statistical, and regulatory expertise into sustainable growth, stronger customer partnerships, and greater impact across clinical development.
