IDDI presenting a poster on “Randomization tests in R” at the upcoming PSI 2024
In a combined effort, Emmanuel Quinaux and Nicolas Dubois have developed a powerful R script, making the minimization method accessible and straightforward to apply. This tool not only saves time and money but also ensures your trials are impeccably balanced and compliant with the latest FDA guidelines. Join the team when they present the poster titled:
Abstract:
Minimization is dynamic, covariate-adaptive, treatment-allocation procedure that can be used to achieve balance across many factors simultaneously. The flexibility of minimization is often unfortunately overlooked due to concerns regarding the complexity of implementing dynamic treatment allocation. In addition, when minimization is used as the method of randomization, a randomization test for the analysis is required. A simple R script can easily perform such a test.
