IDDI team is excited to present our scientific poster titled “Randomization Tests in R” at the annual PSI Conference 2024.
In a combined effort, Emmanuel Quinaux, IDDI’s Director Biostatistical Services and Nicolas Dubois, Senior Biostatistician have developed a powerful R script, making the minimization method accessible and straightforward to apply. This tool not only saves time and money but also ensures your trials are impeccably balanced and compliant with the latest FDA guidelines
Abstract:
Minimization is dynamic, covariate-adaptive, treatment-allocation procedure that can be used to achieve balance across many factors simultaneously. The flexibility of minimization is often unfortunately overlooked due to concerns regarding the complexity of implementing dynamic treatment allocation. In addition, when minimization is used as the method of randomization, a randomization test for the analysis is required. A simple R script can easily perform such a test.
The poster was published and presented at the Annual PSI Conference taking place in Amsterdam, Netherlands from 16-19 June, 2024.
